TianyuLux is a professional 5000kg off-road electric pallet truck factory in China. Our pallet trucks are very suitable for handling heavier goods. We have fully upgraded our products for handling 5 tons of heavy goods or large mechanical equipment.
5-ton heavy-duty cylinder
We use a 65mm diameter large cylinder rod, which is less likely to bend or deform under high load conditions, and has a longer service life and is easier to maintain.
Our 5-ton pallet truck has upgraded the 6mm thick fork steel plate. The thicker steel plate can provide stronger resistance to bending and deformation, especially when carrying heavy objects or being pressed by heavy objects for a long time, which can ensure that the fork remains stable under high load.
The thicker steel plate also provides better wear resistance and a longer overall service life.
The upgraded and optimized fork structure, combined with the 6mm thick steel plate, greatly improves the impact resistance of the fork, and can better cope with some special usage scenarios (such as bumps, rapid lifting, etc.).
The larger drive motor provides more powerful power. The 1.5kW brushless maintenance-free motor can easily handle 5000kg of cargo, and climbing steep slopes is no problem.
