TianyuLux is a professional 5000kg All Terrain Electric Pallet Truck factory in China. Our pallet trucks are very suitable for carrying heavier goods. We have fully upgraded our products for carrying 5-ton goods or large mechanical equipment.
5-ton heavy-duty cylinder
We use a large 65mm diameter cylinder rod, which is not easy to bend or deform under high load conditions, has a longer service life and is easier to maintain.
Our 5-ton pallet truck uses domestic 6.0 thickened steel plates, and the fork surface is stamped with reinforcing ribs throughout the body to improve the strength of the fork surface and is not easy to deform and sag. Four 88cm cold-bent support steel plates are added to the inside of the fork, and support steel plates are added to the fork tip to effectively prevent the fork tip from sagging and deformation, with a higher safety factor, less deformation and more durability.
Thicker steel plates also provide better wear resistance and longer overall service life.
The upgraded and optimized fork structure, combined with the 6mm thick steel plate, greatly improves the impact resistance of the fork, and can better cope with some special usage scenarios (such as bumps, rapid lifting, etc.).
The larger drive motor provides stronger power. The 1.5kW brushless maintenance-free motor can easily carry 5000kg of cargo and climbing steep slopes is not a problem.
