This TianyuLux All Terrain Electric Pallet Jack is a newly developed product. Our Pallet Jack frame is precision welded with intelligent robotic arms, with full and smooth welds. The body can carry up to 3.5t, with high safety factor and strong durability. Ordinary frames are generally welded by ordinary manual welding, and the welds are thin and easy to break and open. The frame strength is low and easy to deform.

TianyuLux forks are made of domestic 6.0 thickened steel plates, and the fork surface is stamped with reinforcing ribs throughout the body to improve the strength of the fork surface and prevent it from deforming and sagging. Four 88cm cold-bent support steel plates are added to the inside of the fork, and support steel plates are added to the fork tip to effectively prevent the fork tip from sagging and deformation, with a higher safety factor, less deformation and more durability.

Our products use 350*100 large-diameter solid rubber drive tires, which can be used in logistics parks, warehouses, factories, and even complex construction sites and wet cold storage. The wiring harness plug adopts a glue injection sealing process, the line contact is better and not easy to age, and the Pallet Jack is more stable and worry-free to use.

Fully sealed gearbox

We use a fully sealed, high-speed ratio, large modulus, and high-torque gearbox, which can provide strong power in complex and harsh environments and easily cope with steep slopes.

The dustproof and waterproof design can extend the service life by 1-3 times. Dust and water can damage the gears in the gearbox, and our off-road electric pallet truck can minimize or even avoid this.

The pallet truck gearbox is 10cm from the ground, which can reduce the bumps on the gearbox housing during use, thereby extending its service life.
